摘要
本文建立了一种电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定岩棉板中钾、钠含量的方法,该方法测定钾、钠的线性范围为0~100μg/mL,钾检出限为0.0020%,钠检出限为0.0012%、钾、钠的精密度(RSD)值均小于0.5%,加标回收率在95.60%~108.80%之间。同时该方法与标准方法[原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)]进行了比较,当岩棉板中钾、钠含量范围大于1%时,本方法的精密度(RSD)优于AAS法(RSD),试验结果表明:该方法具有线性范围广、检出限低、精密度高等优点。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method was developed for the determination of potassium and sodium in rock wool.The linear range of the method was 0~100μg/mL,the detection limit of potassium and sodium was 0.0020%,the detection limit of sodium was 0.0012%,and the precision(RSD)values of potassium and sodium were both less than 0.5%.The recoveries were 95.60%~108.80%.Meanwhile,ICP-OES method is compared with the standard method[atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS)].The precision(RSD)of ICP-OES method is better than that of the AAS method(RSD)when the content of potassium and sodium in the rock wool board is greater than 1%.The test results show that ICP-OES method has the advantages of wide linear range,low detection limit and high precision.
