摘要
鉴于石化资源的日益缺乏和环境保护法律的进一步发展,生物质的开发是水性聚氨酯材料开发中重要的方向。由于生物质是一种可再生、生物降解、来源丰富、成本低廉的资源,是水性聚氨酯改性的理想材料,所以生物质改性水性聚氨酯越来越受到人们的喜爱。研究简要介绍了利用生物质体在世界范围内对水性聚氨酯进行改性的研究情况,并详细介绍了研究过程中对水性聚氨酯进行了植物油、淀粉、松节油、纤维素等主要生物质材料的改性,并论述了生物质在不同领域的应用,以及未来生物质改性水性聚氨酯的发展前景。
In viewof the increasing lack of petrochemical resources and the furtherdevelopment of environmental protection laws,the development of biomass is an important direction in the development of waterborne polyurethane materials.Since biomass is a renewable,biodegradable,abundant source and low-cost resource,it is an ideal material for waterborne polyurethane modification,so biomass-modified waterborne polyurethane is becoming more and more popular.This paper briefly introduces the research on the modification of waterborne polyurethanes by using biomass worldwidely,detailedintroducestheresearch processof waterborne polyurethanes modificationby using main biomass materials such as vegetable oil,starch,turpentine,and cellulose,and describes the applications of biomass in different fields and the future development prospects of biomass-modified waterborne polyurethanes.
