摘要
现代医院中具有大量的电磁机械设备,这会导致院内辐射量过大,为保证工作人员以及院内患者的身体健康,需要在医院的建设时使用防辐射建筑材料。在制备医院用防辐射混凝土的过程中,设计混凝土配置与施工的具体流程,测试该防辐射建筑材料的工作性能、抗压抗折强度、热重损失率以及孔隙性能,同时获取该混凝土的辐射屏蔽效果,在机房门口、操作空间内部、机房东墙、机房西墙、机房南墙、机房北墙、机房顶部7个位置的辐射量分别为0.001、0.012、0.015、0.007、0.014、0.018、0.015μSv/h,均小于2.5μSv/h,可见该防辐射建筑材料在医院基建中确实能够起到应有的防辐射效果。
There are a large number of electromagnetic mechanical equipments in the modernhospital,which directly leads to a large amount of radiation in the hospital.In order to ensure the health of staff and patients in the hospital,it is necessary to use radiation-proof building materials in the hospital construction.In the process of preparing radiation-proof concrete for hospitals,the concrete configuration and construction process were designed,the working performance,compressive bending strength,thermal weight loss rate and pore performance of the anti-radiation building material were tested,and the radiation shielding effect of the concrete was obtained.The radiation amount at the door of the machine room,the inside of the operating space,the east wall of the machine room,the west wall of the machine room,the south wall of the machine room,the north wall of the machine room and the top of the machine room was 0.001、0.012、0.015、0.007、0.014、0.018 and 0.015μSv/hrespectively,allless than 2.5μSv/h,indicating that the radiation-proof building material couldreally play its radiation protective effect in the hospital construction.
