基于目标达成理论的多模式健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者心理状况、认知态度及治疗依从性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Multi-modal Health Education Based on Goal Achievement Theory on Psychological Status,Awareness and Treatment Compliance of Patients with Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的探究基于目标达成理论的多模式健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者心理状况、认知态度及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2020年7月~2022年7月江苏省人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛老年患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则分为研究组和对照组,各48例。对照组采取常规健康教育,研究组采取基于目标达成理论的多模式健康教育干预,两组各干预8周。比较两组的认知态度、自我效能、心理状况、治疗依从性的差异。结果治疗前,两组认知态度各评分、自我效能各维度及总分、心理状况各维度及治疗依从性比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组以上各指标均较治疗前改善,且研究组认知态度各评分、自我效能各维度及总分、心理状况各维度及治疗依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于目标达成理论的多模式健康教育可以改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心理状况,提高自我效能、认知态度、治疗依从性。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-modal health education based on goal attainment theory on psychological status,cognitive attitude and treatment compliance in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 96 elderly patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the study group and the control group according to the principle of random grouping,with 48 cases in each group.Routine health education was used in the control group,and multi-modal health education intervention based on goal attainment theory was used in the study group,with 8 weeks of intervention in each group.The differences in cognitive attitude,self-efficacy,psychological status,and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cognitive attitude scores,self-efficacy dimensions and total scores,psychological status dimensions and treatment compliance between the two groups(P0.05).After treatment,the above indicators in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the cognitive attitude score,self-efficacy dimension and total score,psychological status dimension and treatment compliance score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion A multi-modal health education based on goal attainment theory can improve the psychological status of patients with angina pectoris and improve self-efficacy,cognitive attitude,and treatment compliance.
