摘要
结合平煤十二矿深部突出矿井的地质特点,针对己15突出煤层需要卸压开采但不具备常规保护层的问题,提出了近全岩保护层开采理论,将仅含煤线厚夹矸的全岩或近全岩层设计为保护层;针对高夹矸煤一次采全高设备损坏率高的难题,通过硬岩辅助预裂爆破软化处理工艺实现了煤岩快速截割。其次,鉴于近全岩保护层开采过程中矸石产量大的问题,平煤十二矿结合现场实际工况合理高效地布置了煤矸井下分选系统,研发了适用于千米深地煤矿井下洗选一体化设备,实现了矿山灾害防治和矿山安全高效生产。最后,采用阻化剂对矸石进行阻化处理,研究了井下充填工艺与方法,形成了深部突出矿井的安全、绿色开发模式,对我国同类矿井的开发具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the geological characteristics of the deep outburst seam in Pingmei No.12 Mine,and in response to the need for pressure relief mining in the VI-15 outburst coal seam without a conventional protective seam,a theory of full rock protection seam mining is proposed,which designs the full rock layer or thick dirt band coal seam as the protective seam;aiming at the high equipment damage rate in full coal seam mining with thick dirt band,the rapid cutting of coal and rock is achieved using the pre-splitting blasting softening treatment process for the hard rock.Secondly,aiming the large amount of gangue produced during the full rock protection seam mining,a coal gangue underground separation system is arranged based on the working conditions.An integrated equipment for underground separation is developed for coal mines deeper than one kilometer.Finally,an inhibitor is used to treat the gangue,and the underground filling process is studied.In order to reduce the ground subsidence,the full seam mining and partial filling method is adopted,achieving optimal economic benefits.a safe and green development mode for deep outburst mines,which has certain reference value for the development of similar mines.
