摘要
本文依托数字孪生技术搭建了一款大型立式轴流泵异常振动监测系统,同时,为了提高异常振动故障处理效率,提出了一套基于数据驱动和基于知识库的大型立式轴流泵异常振动故障处理流程。基于数据驱动的处理流程可以通过分析的大量数据,快速识别轴流泵的异常振动情况;基于知识库的处理流程则通过积累和整理大量的轴流泵异常振动故障数据,建立完善的异常故障诊断知识库。本文为轴流泵异常振动在线实时监测和诊断提供了一种新的解决思路。
This paper builds a large vertical axial flow pump abnormal vibration monitoring system based on digital twin technology.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of abnormal vibration fault handling,a data-driven and knowledge-based abnormal vibration fault handling process for large vertical axial flow pumps is proposed.The data-driven processing process can quickly identify abnormal vibration situations of axial flow pumps through analyzing a large amount of data.The process based on knowledge-based is to accumulate and organize a large amount of abnormal vibration fault data of axial flow pumps,and establish a comprehensive knowledge-based for abnormal fault diagnosis.This paper provides a new solution for online real-time monitoring and diagnosis of abnormal vibration in axial flow pumps.
