摘要
为评估垃圾焚烧厂的废气排放浓度及周边环境的二噁英类毒性当量质量浓度,采集并分析了垃圾焚烧厂废气以及周边的2个敏感点连续3年的的环境空气、土壤、特征农作物样品,结果表明:(1)垃圾焚烧废气排放浓度在18.48~37.96 pg/m^(3),符合GB 18485-2014中限值100 pgTEQ/m^(3)的排放限值。(2)两个敏感点环境空气二噁英类浓度有所上升,但目前浓度水平在0.0230~0.2267 pgTEQ/m^(3)之间,均符合日本大气质量标准0.6 pgTEQ/m^(3)的限值。(3)根据GB 36600-2018第一类用地风险筛选值为10 ngTEQ/kg,敏感点1土壤二噁英类浓度水平在0.280~1.400 ngTEQ/kg之间符合要求,敏感点2的土壤二噁英类浓度水平在1.000~23.000 ngTEQ/kg之间,出现了大于限值的情况。(4)特征农作物的二噁英浓度无明显变化。
In order to evaluate the exhaust emission concentration of the waste incineration plant and the mass concentration of dioxin toxic equivalent mass concentration in the surrounding environment,the ambient air,soil and characteristic crop samples of the waste gas of the waste incineration plant and the surrounding two sensitive points were collected and analyzed for three consecutive years,the results show that:(1)The emission concentration of waste incineration exhaust gas is 18.48~37.96 pg/m^(3),which meets the emission limit of 100 pgTEQ/m^(3) in GB 18485-2014.(2)The concentration of dioxins in the ambient air of the two sensitive points has increased,but the current concentration level is between 0.0230~0.2267 pgTEQ/m^(3),which meets the limit of 0.6 pgTEQ/m^(3) of the Japanese air quality standard.(3)According to GB 36600-2018,the risk screening value of Class I land use is 10 ngTEQ/kg,the concentration level of soil dioxins in sensitive point 1 is between 0.280~1.400 ngTEQ/kg,and the concentration level of soil dioxins in sensitive point 2 is between 1.000~23.000 ngTEQ/kg,which is greater than the limit.(4)There was no significant change in dioxin concentrations in characteristic crops.
