摘要
基于对侨乡发展的重视,政府提供了强有力的支持。而目前侨乡的发展仍有很大的提升空间。温州鹿城七都街道以侨为“桥”,乡愁为引、乡情为线,串起在土乡贤、离土乡贤和外来乡贤,开拓了海内外乡贤助力乡村发展的新路径,在侨乡基层治理和侨文化的开发上体现了积极的借鉴价值。基于实地调查,分析温州七都的侨乡基层治理体系,进而探索创新性的侨乡区域运行模式,以期为全国侨乡提供宝贵的经验。
Based on the importance of the development of overseas Chinese hometown,the government has provided a lot of strongly support for this field.At present,there is still plenty of room for improvement.Qidu Street in Lucheng of Wenzhou takes overseas Chinese as the“bridge”,nostalgia as the guide and nostalgia as the line,connecting local and foreign elites,and creating a new path for local elites at home and abroad to help the rural development,which embodies the positive reference value in the grassroots governance of overseas Chinese villages and the development of overseas Chinese culture.Based on field investigation,this paper aims to analyze the grassroots governance system of Wenzhou Qidu,and then explore innovative regional operation mode of overseas Chinese towns,providing valuable experience for overseas Chinese towns across the country.
