摘要
就500 kV智能变电站电气施工过程而言,需要安装气体绝缘金属封闭开关(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)设备,同时对电力系统的安全平稳运行过程产生良性影响,结合当前电力企业技术要求企业社会发展趋势,突破传统安装技术形式,提出全新的GIS设备安装调试技术。因此,介绍了500 kV智能变电站电气施工和GIS设备的基本理论,介绍变电站电气施工中的GIS设备安装流程,并分析了GIS设备的简体探伤检测技术、接线检测技术、各色试验技术内容,为500 kV智能变电站电气施工水平提高创造优越条件。
In terms of the electrical construction process of 500 kV intelligent substation,it is necessary to install Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)equipment,which will have a positive impact on the safe and stable operation of the power system.In combination with the current technical requirements of power enterprises and the trend of social development,breaking through traditional installation technology forms,a new GIS equipment installation and debugging technology is proposed.Therefore,the article introduces the basic theory of electrical construction and GIS equipment in 500 kV intelligent substations,introduces the installation process of GIS equipment in substation electrical construction,and analyzes the simplified flaw detection technology,wiring detection technology,and various test technologies of GIS equipment,creating superior conditions for improving the electrical construction level of 500 kV intelligent substations.
