摘要
新疆地区夏季炎热而冬季严寒,大温差的气候特点对新疆地区沥青路面材料的综合路用性能提出严苛的要求。为探究低标号沥青混合料在新疆地区作为良好筑路材料的可行性。本文分别从高温抗车辙、中温抗疲劳和低温抗裂性能,研究了低标号沥青混合料综合路用性能。具体选用30#、50#两种低标号沥青和常规70#基质沥青以及SBS改性沥青(SBSMA)制备沥青混合料试样进行高-中-低温路用性能试验和对比分析。研究结果表明,30#和50#低标号沥青混合料展现出良好的高温抗车辙性能,对于中-低温抗裂性能,标号越低负面的影响越大。然而,SBSMA沥青混合料在高-中-低性能均展示了良好的性能。
The extremely high and low temperatures in summer and winter respectively in Xinjiang region could require the extra high performance of asphalt road materials paved in this area.To investigate the possibility of applying the low-grade asphalt mixtures,produced in Xinjiang region,as high-performance road materials,the comprehensive performance was evaluated in terms of high,medium and low temperature performance.Two low-grade asphalt(30#and 50#)and one normal base binder(70#)as well as SBS modified asphalt(SBSMA)were selected to prepare the asphalt mixtures to characterize the high,medium and low temperature performance,among which each asphalt mixture sample’s performance was compared.The study results show that two low-grade asphalt mixtures exhibited a good high-temperature performance,while the low-grade asphalt binder would make an obvious negative effect on medium and low temperature performance.The mixtures produced with SBSMA exhibited well in all high,medium and low temperature performance.
