摘要 烟台某给水厂原水硝酸盐、硫酸盐含量偏高,在降雨充沛时期原水硝酸盐浓度达13.54 mg/L,硫酸盐浓度达315 mg/L,常规混凝沉淀过滤处理工艺不能对其有效控制。该水厂深度处理以这两项为主要除盐目标,从砂滤池后取水进行反渗透深度处理,生产7.20×10^(4) m^(3)/d脱盐水,与常规工段9.04×10^(4) m^(3)/d出水掺混,最终实现达标供水16.24×10^(4) m^(3)/d的生产目标。反渗透设计硝酸盐去除率≥80%,采用超滤进行预处理确保SDI<3,设计淡水RO装置回收率≥80%,浓水RO装置回收率≥50%,系统总回收率≥90%,深度处理工段运行后出厂水水质指标优于设计值。 High concentration of nitrate and sulfate is detected in raw water of a water supply plant in Yantai.The nitrate and sulfate concentration in raw water is 13.54 mg/L and 315 mg/L respectively in wet weather,which can not be effectively controlled by conventional coagulation,sedimentation and filtration process.These two items are main desalting objectives for the advanced treatment process.The effluent from the sand filter is treated by reverse osmosis to produce desalinated water with volume of 7.20×10^(4) m^(3)/d,which is mixed with the effluent from the conventional treatment process with volume of 9.04×10^(4) m^(3)/d,and the production target of water supply with capacity of 16.24×10^(4) m^(3)/d is eventually achieved.The nitrate removal efficiencies of reverse osmosis is not less than 80%,respectively.The ultrafiltration pretreatment ensures that the SDI is less than 3.The recovery rate of the fresh water RO unit is greater than 80%,the recovery rate of the concentrated water RO unit is greater than 50%,and the total recovery rate of the system is greater than 90%.The indicators of the effluent from the advanced treatment process are better than the design values.
