南方水体中的2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素检测方法优化

摘要 在《生活饮用水标准检验方法第8部分:有机物指标》(GB/T 5750.8—2023)的基础上,优化了一种使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定生活饮用水中2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)和土臭素(GSM)的方法。经优化后,避免了国标法检测复杂水样时可能出现杂峰影响致嗅物质定量分析的现象。同时,将连续进样的检测时间缩短至31 min。以2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(IBMP)为内标,2-MIB、GSM在0~60 ng/L线性良好,相关系数r为0.9995~0.9997;检出限为0.08~0.28 ng/L;定量限为0.27~0.93 ng/L。两种物质在3种不同浓度的精密度测试中的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.90%~8.06%;在质控样测试中RSD为2.68%~5.20%,偏差为0.7%~12.3%;在3种不同浓度的下的加标回收率为85.7%~114%。 On the basis of Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water—Part 8:Organic Indices(GB/T 5750.8—2023),a method for the determination of 2-methylisoborneol(2-MIB)and geosmin(GSM)in drinking water using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was optimized.After optimization,it avoids the possible occurrence of spurious peaks affecting the quantitative analysis of odor-causing substances in the detection of complex water samples by the national standard method.At the same time,the detection time of continuous injection was shortened to 31 min.Using 2-methoxy-3-isobutyl(IBMP)as the internal standard,2-MIB and GSM showed good linearity in the range of 0~60 ng/L with the correlation coefficients r of 0.9995~0.9997;the detection limits were 0.08~0.28 ng/L;the quantification limits were 0.27~0.93 ng/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the two substances in the precision tests at three different concentrations were 4.90%~8.06%;the RSD of the quality control samples tests were 2.68%~5.20%,with the deviations in the range of 0.7%~12.3%;the recovery rate of the spiked samples at three different concentrations were 85.7%~114%.
