摘要
目的了解养老机构工作人员的消毒感控知识现状及培训需求。方法采用便利抽样法,选取上海市青浦区和黄浦区7家养老机构的402名工作人员进行消毒感控知识及培训需求的问卷调查。结果工作人员消毒感控知识平均得分率为58.1%;其中≥50岁、初中及以下学历、月收入<5000元工作人员的知识得分较低。在消毒感控知识培训方面,有85.5%的工作人员认为非常有必要,96.5%的工作人员表示会积极参加,87.7%的工作人员希望有理论与实操培训。结论养老服务机构工作人员的消毒感控知识匮乏,但有强烈的培训意愿。建议构建养老机构消毒感控专业培训体系,分层次反复多次开展理论与实操相结合培训,从而提高工作人员的消毒感控专业技能。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge on disinfection and infection control among staff in elderly care institutions and assess their training needs.Methods By convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 402 staff members from seven elderly care institutions in Qingpu District and Huangpu District.Results The average score rate for staff members’knowledge of disinfection and infection control was 58.1%;employees aged 50 and above,with a junior high school education or below,and with a monthly income of less than 5000 yuan had lower knowledge scores.In terms of disinfection and control knowledge training,85.5%of the staff considered it very necessary,96.5%expressed their willingness to participate actively,and 87.7%preferred theoretical and practical training.Conclusion Staff in elderly care institutions lack knowledge of disinfection and infection control,but have a strong desire for training.It is recommended to establish a professional training system for disinfection and infection control in elderly care institutions,conduct training at different levels repeatedly,and combine theoretical and practical training to improve staff professional skills in disinfection and infection control.
