摘要
目的掌握上海市杨浦区户籍居民因心肌梗死导致的死亡分布特征,为调整和制订防控策略提供依据。方法收集2016—2022年上海市疾病预防控制信息管理平台死因监测系统内杨浦区户籍居民心肌梗死的死亡个案进行分析。结果上海市杨浦区户籍居民2016—2022年心肌梗死的粗死亡率为21.11/10^(5),其中男性为29.62/10^(5)、女性为25.34/10^(5);标化死亡率为22.21/10^(5),其中男性为25.71/10^(5)、女性为18.60/10^(5);男性和女性的粗死亡率和标化死亡率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄组死亡率增长呈现指数型,各年龄组死亡率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同街道死亡率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同月份死亡人数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别平均死亡年龄的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论杨浦区居民男性心肌梗死的死亡率高于女性;≥65岁年龄组居民心肌梗死的死亡率显著增长;老龄化程度较高社区居民心肌梗死的死亡率较高;1月和12月因心肌梗死死亡的人数较多。应加强对老年人的健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of death due to myocardial infarction of registered residents in Yangpu District,Shanghai,to provide the basis for adjusting and formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods The death cases of myocardial infarction were collected and analyzed among residents with registered residence in Yangpu District in the cause of death monitoring system of Shanghai Disease Prevention and Control Information Management Platform from 2016 to 2022.Results The crude mortality rate of myocardial infarction of residents with registered residence in Yangpu District of Shanghai from 2016 to 2022 was 21.11/10^(5),including 29.62/10^(5)for men and 25.34/10^(5)for women;the standardized mortality rate was 22.21/10^(5),with 25.71/10^(5)for males and 18.60/10^(5)for females;the differences in crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate between males and females were statistically significant(P<0.01).The increase in mortality rate among age groups showed an exponential pattern,and there was a statistically significant difference in mortality rates among different age groups(P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference in mortality rates among different streets(P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference in the number of deaths among different months(P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference in the average age of death between different genders(P<0.01).Conclusion The mortality rate of male myocardial infarction among residents in Yangpu District is higher than that of female;the mortality rate of myocardial infarction among residents in the 65 year old age group has significantly increased;communities with higher levels of aging have higher mortality rates from myocardial infarction;the number of deaths due to myocardial infarction is higher in January and December.Health education for the elderly should be strengthened.
