摘要
以烯丙基封端脂肪醇醚(EO=7,AEO 7A)为原料,通过SO 3膜式磺化、NaOH中和、130℃水解3 h制备了醇醚磺酸盐(EO=7,AE 7SO),提纯后最终产物活性物质量分数大于90%,并通过红外光谱表征了产物结构。对AE 7SO的物化性能(平衡表面张力和动态表面张力)及应用性能进行了测试,并与AEO 7A进行了对比。结果表明:AE 7SO的临界胶束浓度(cmc)及对应的表面张力(γ_(cmc))均高于AEO 7A;对于动态表面张力,AE 7SO的起始表面张力低于AEO 7A,并且下降速度缓慢;AE 7SO的泡沫性能,耐盐耐碱性能优于AEO 7A;AEO 7A的乳化性能,润湿性能优于AE 7SO。
Alcohol ether sulfonates(EO=7,AE 7SO)were prepared from allyl-terminated fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(EO=7,AEO 7A)by SO 3 membrane sulfonation,neutralization,and hydrolysis at 130℃for 3 h.After purification,the active content of the final product was greater than 90%,and infrared spectrum confirms the formation of the product.To understand the influence of sulfonic group introduction on product performance,the equilibrium surface tension,dynamic surface tension,foam performance,wetting performance,emulsification performance,salt resistance,and alkali resistance of AE 7SO were tested and compared with AEO 7A.The results showed that the critical micellar concentration(cmc)and the corresponding surface tension(γ_(cmc))of AE 7SO are greater than those of AEO 7A.For dynamic surface tension,the initial surface tension of AE 7SO is lower than that of AEO 7A,and the decrease rate is slow.The foam performance,salt and alkali resistance of AE 7SO are better than those of AEO 7A.However,the emulsification performance and wettability of AEO 7A are better than those of AE 7SO.
