摘要
数字经济是促进新时代经济高质量发展的重要引擎,为推进中国式现代化注入强劲动能。借助2002—2021年中国255个城市的面板数据,探究数字经济对经济高质量发展的异质性影响及门槛效应。结果表明,数字经济发展能够显著促进区域经济高质量发展,在使用工具变量法控制内生性等稳健性检验之后,这一结论依然成立。进一步研究表明,数字经济对经济高质量发展具有明显的“门槛效应”。异质性分析表明,在具有地理区位优势、人力资本水平高及生产效率较好的城市,数字经济对经济高质量发展的促进作用更加明显。
Digital economy is an important engine to promote high-quality economic growth in the new era and injects strong momentum into promoting Chinese-style modernization.Based on the panel data of 255 cities in China from 2002 to 2021,the paper explore the heterogeneous impact and threshold effect of digital economy on high-quality economic development.The results show that the development of digital economy can significantly promote the high-quality development of regional economy.After using the instrumental variable method to control the robustness test such as endogeneity,this conclusion is still valid.Further research shows that the digital economy has a significant’threshold effect’on high-quality economic development.Heterogeneity analysis shows that in cities with geographical location advantages,high human capital level and good production efficiency,the role of digital economy in promoting high-quality economic development is more obvious.
