聚丙烯塑料再生骨料混凝土的力学性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 塑料垃圾对环境的污染和资源的浪费引起了全社会的高度重视,因此,它的回收再利用很有意义。对聚丙烯塑料部分取代砂配制混凝土进行了力学性能试验研究。结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,聚丙烯塑料再生骨料混凝土表现出更强的延性,破坏时有更多的细小裂缝。随着聚丙烯颗粒替代率的增加,抗压强度、弹性模量不断降低,然而,劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯强度随着聚丙烯颗粒替代率的增加先增加后减小;基于试验结果,提出了抗压强度、弹性模量、劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯强度的回归公式,聚丙烯塑料再生骨料混凝土的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 The environmental pollution and resource waste caused by plastic waste have attracted the attention of the whole society.Therefore,its recycling and reusing is of great significance.The thesis carried out an experimental study on the mechanical properties of concrete prepared by using polypropylene plastic to partially replace sand.The results showed that:compared with ordinary concrete,polypropylene plastic recycled aggregate concrete exhibits stronger ductility and has more small cracks when it is destroyed.As the replacement rate of polypropylene particles increases,the compressive strength and elastic modulus continue to decrease.However,the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength first increase and then decrease with the increase in the replacement rate of polypropylene particles.Based on the test results,the regression formulas of polypropylene plastic recycled aggregate concrete′s compressive strength,elastic modulus,split tensile strength and flexural strength are put forward,which agreed well with the test results.
