摘要
目的 探讨婴幼儿Hb水平变化值与生长发育的关系。方法 基于全国儿童营养与健康监测项目中江苏监测地区数据,选取2016—2019年在监测点进行健康管理的2 503例婴幼儿,收集6月龄和18月龄的Hb水平,并计算Hb水平变化值,采用多重线性回归分析Hb水平变化值与18月龄年龄别体重Z评分(WAZ)、年龄别身长Z评分(LAZ)和身长别体重Z评分(WLZ)的关系。结果 6月龄、18月龄Hb水平分别为(118.57±9.04) g/L、(123.14±9.13) g/L,Hb水平变化值为(4.57±11.28) g/L。多重线性回归分析显示,母亲学历、性别、孕周、出生体重和Hb水平变化值是WAZ的影响因素(P<0.05),母亲学历、家庭人均年收入、性别、出生体重和Hb水平变化值是LAZ的影响因素(P<0.05),母亲学历、家庭人均年收入、孕周和出生体重是WLZ的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 婴幼儿期Hb水平变化值与生长发育密切相关;其变化值越大,婴幼儿生长发育越好。
Objective To analyze the correlation between Hb change value and growth and development in infants.Methods Based on the data of Jiangsu monitored regions in National Children Nutrition and Health Monitoring,2503infants underwent the health management at the monitoring points from 2016to 2019were selected.The Hb levels of the infants at the times of 6months old and 18months old were collected and Hb change value was calculated.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between Hb change value and 18-month weight for age Z-score,(WAZ),age for length Z-score(LAZ)and length for weight Z-score(WLZ).Results The Hb levels of the infants at the times of 6months and 18months old were(118.57±9.04)g/L and(123.14±9.13)g/L,and Hb change value was(4.57±11.28)g/L.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that maternal education,gender,gestational weeks,birth weight and Hb change value were the influencing factors for WAZ(P<0.05),maternal education,per capita annual income of household,gender,birth weight and Hb change value were the influencing factors for LAZ(P<0.05),and maternal education,per capita annual income of household,gestational weeks and birth weight were the influencing factors for WLZ(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hb change value in infants is closely related to growth and development.The larger the change value of Hb,the better the growth and development of infants.
