摘要
目的观察半月板损伤关节镜治疗中运用快速康复护理的效果。方法在因半月板损伤于我院接受关节镜手术治疗的患者中抽取178例,平均分为对照组和试验组,前者应用常规护理,后者应用快速康复护理,对比护理效果。结果护理前两组的VAS评分、Lysholm评分、FACT-B评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组的上述各项评分均所有改善,且试验组均优于对照组(t=5.369,8.597,10.085;P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;术后并发症发生率试验组和对照组比较[3.37%%vs.16.85%],χ^(2)=12.007,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义。结论半月板损伤关节镜治疗中运用快速康复护理的效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury.Methods 178 patients who received arthroscopic surgery due to meniscus injury in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group.The former was treated with routine nursing,the latter with rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results VAS score,Lysholm score and FACT-B score of the two groups before nursing showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,all the above scores of the two groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(t=5.369,8.597,10.085;P<0.01)with significant difference.In terms of the incidence of postoperative complications,the experimental group was compared with the control group[3.37%%vs.16.85%],χ^(2)=12.007,P=0.000,which was significant.Conclusion The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury is satisfactory.
