摘要
利用洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数研究宁夏各行业发展规模与水资源配置的匹配性,结果表明:从2016年到2020年间的取水总量与地区GDP、农业取水量与第一产业值、工业取水量与第二产业值、农业取水量与农作物播种面积面积、生活取水量与人口数量等基尼系数处在相对不匹配状态、比较匹配状态、比较匹配状态、高度不匹配状态和相对匹配状态,表明宁夏水资源配置处于良好发展状态。
Using the Lorentz curve and the Gini coefficient to study the match between the scale of development and the allocation of water resources in each industry in Ningxia,the results show that:The Gini coefficients of total water abstraction and regional GDP,agricultural abstraction and primary industry value,industrial abstraction and secondary industry value,agricultural abstraction and crop sown area area,and domestic abstraction and population size between 2016 and 2020 are in the state of relative mismatch,comparative match,comparative match,high mismatch and relative match,which indicates that the water resources allocation in Ningxia is in a good state of development.
