基于亲水型低共熔溶剂的分散液液微萃取技术测定茶叶中的农药多残留 被引量:2

Determination of Pesticide Residues in Tea Using Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction With Hydrophilic Deep Eutectic Solvent

摘要 为建立一种同时检测茶叶样品中农药多残留的分析方法,本研究以亲水型低共熔溶剂(HP-DES)作为分散液液微萃取(DLLME)的萃取剂,对茶叶样品中的农药进行萃取富集,再通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)对农药残留量进行分析测定。结果表明,茶叶样品经过HP-DES提取,涡旋离心后能够有效去除杂质,富集目标物。茶叶中65种目标农药在1~500 ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,线性关系系数(r^(2))均大于0.996,定量限为0.12~9.76μg·kg^(-1),3个添加浓度水平(10、50、100μg·kg^(-1))下的平均回收率在64.44%~110.15%之间,其相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于15%。本方法快捷简便、绿色环保、成本低且性能良好,为茶叶基质中农药残留的检测提供了技术支持。 In order to establish an analytical method for simultaneous detection of multiple pesticide residues in tea samples,the hydrophilic deep eutectic solvent(HP-DES)was used as the extractant of the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)to extract and enrich pesticides in tea samples,and pesticide residues were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that impurities in the tea samples could be effectively removed and the target substances were enriched after HP-DES extraction,vortex and centrifugation.The calibration curves of 65 pesticide residues had good linearity in the range of 1~500 ng·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficient(r^(2))was larger than 0.996,and the limits of quantification(LOQ)ranged from 0.12 to 9.76μg·kg^(-1).In addition,the average recoveries were in the range of 64.44%to 110.15%at three spiked levels(10μg·kg^(-1),50μg·kg^(-1) and 100μg·kg^(-1))and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was lower than 15%.It is a fast,simple,green,low cost method with good performance,which provides technical support for the detection of pesticide residues in tea matrix.
