摘要
糖尿病是以血葡萄糖水平慢性增高为特征的代谢疾病群,严重危害人体健康,且其流行趋势日益严峻。通过饮食控制来防治糖尿病是较为温和安全的方法,其中对于食源性降糖活性成分的研究不断深入。桑叶具有良好的降糖效果,1-脱氧野尻霉素是桑叶的主要降糖成分,对其降糖机制已有较为广泛深入的研究。本文综述了1-脱氧野尻霉素调节血糖作用的主要机制,并针对1-脱氧野尻霉素以及桑叶的开发利用提出展望,为未来桑叶功能成分尤其是1-脱氧野尻霉素的相关研究提供了理论参考。
Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by chronic increase of blood glucose level,which seriously endangers human health and its epidemic trend is becoming increasingly serious.Diet control is a mild and safe way to prevent and treat diabetes,and the research on the active ingredients of foodborne hypoglycemia is continuing.Mulberry leaves have good hypoglycemic effect,with 1-deoxynojirimycin is the main hypoglycemic component of mulberry leaves.Its hypoglycemic mechanism has been extensively studied,which provided theoretical reference for researches on the functional components of mulberry leaves,especially 1-deoxynojirimycin.
