摘要
[目的]本文旨在丰富三氯吡氧乙酸在麦田的应用技术,为麦田优势杂草防控提供解决方案。[方法]采用整株生物测定法研究三氯吡氧乙酸与异丙隆的联合作用类型及其对小麦的安全性,测定复配制剂在小麦与杂草间的选择性并在田间验证。[结果]室内试验结果表明:三氯吡氧乙酸与异丙隆复配对阿拉伯婆婆纳、猪殃殃、宝盖草、日本看麦娘、菵草表现为加成或增效作用,二者适宜的配比范围为(1~2)∶(2.9~5.8);与异丙隆按照质量比1∶2.9复配后,除草活性显著提高,其在小麦‘烟农999’与供试杂草间的选择性指数为2.72~21.22。田间试验结果显示:药后150 d,三氯吡氧乙酸与异丙隆复配对猪殃殃、鹅肠菜、日本看麦娘的总株防效为86.2%~95.5%,总鲜重防效为88.8%~96.1%。[结论]三氯吡氧乙酸与异丙隆复配可扩大杀草谱,且对小麦安全,可用于小麦田防除一年生杂草。
[Objectives]The paper aimed to enrich the application technology of triclopyr in wheat field,and provide solutions for the prevention and control of dominant weeds in wheat field.[Methods]The type of combined action of iprosulfuron and its safety to wheat were studied by whole plant bioassay.The selectivity of compound preparation between wheat and weeds was determined and verified in field.[Results]The results of greenhouse experiments showed that the combination of triclopyr and isoproturon had additive or synergistic effects on Veronica persic,Lamium amplexicaule,Galium aparine,Alopecurus japonicus and Beckmannia syzigachne.The suitable ratio of the triclopyr and isoproturon was(1-2)∶(2.9-5.8);after compounding with isoproturon at a mass ratio of 1∶2.9,the herbicidal activity was significantly improved,and the selectivity index of the mixture between wheat‘Yannong 999’and the tested weeds was 2.72-21.22.The field results showed that the control effect of triclopyr combined with isoproturon on the total plant and fresh weight of G.aparine,Stellaria aquatic,A.japonicas were 86.2%-95.5%and 88.8%-96.1%at 150 d after treatment.[Conclusions]The combination of triclopyr with isoproturon could reduce the dosage and expand the herbicidal spectrum,and it was safe for wheat.It could be used to control the annual weeds in wheat field.
