摘要
基于2009~2018年38个供应链创新与应用试点城市的面板数据,运用投影寻踪与随机前沿分析相结合的方法,对上述城市的物流业效率及影响因素进行分析。结果表明:研究期内,我国供应链创新城市物流业综合产出水平提升明显,但绝大多数城市仍处于较低水平,物流业产出仍有较大提升空间;劳动力投入及固定资产投入对物流业发展产生显著正向影响,同时,经济发展水平和政府影响力会促进城市物流业效率的提升;我国各供应链创新试点城市物流业效率差异较大,超半数以上的供应链创新城市物流业效率值低,研究期内样本城市的物流业整体效率水平呈现出近似“W”型的波动上升趋势。
Based on the panel data of 38 pilot cities for supply chain innovation and application from 2009 to 2018,this paper analyzes the efficiency and influencing factors of logistics industry in these cities by using the method of projection pursuit and stochastic frontier analysis.The results show that:during the study period,the comprehensive output level of logistics industry in China′s pilot cities for supply chain innovation and application increased significantly,but most cities were still at a low level,and there was still a great room for improvement;Labor input and fixed assets input will have a significant positive impact on the development of the logistics industry,while the level of economic development and government influence will promote the efficiency of urban logistics industry;The logistics efficiency of each pilot city for supply chain innovation and application in China is quite different,and above half of them have low logistics efficiency values.During the study period,the overall level of logistics industry of the sample cities shows a similar W-shaped upward trend.
