摘要
介绍了自动引导车辆AGV在我国先进制造业发展过程中的优势,以及几种常见的AGV导航方式和底盘结构。通过对项目实际需求的分析,确定了AGV的尺寸、通讯方式、导航方式以及安全防护的详细方案。分别对AGV电气控制系统的5个组成部分进行了阐述,介绍了电气原理图的设计和程序的编写,并分析了影响电气系统稳定性的因素。最后提出了大尺寸AGV有待解决的精确定位的难点。
In this paper,we introduced the advantages of automatic guided vehicles(AGVs)in the development process of the advanced manufacturing industry in China,and several common navigation modes and chassis structures of the AGVs.By analyzing the actual needs of a project,we established a detailed AGV scheme,including the size,communication mode,navigation mode,and safety protection procedure of the AGV.Then,we described the five components of the AGV electrical control system respectively,elaborated the design and programming of the electrical schematic diagram,and analyzed the factors affecting the stability of electrical system.Finally,we pointed out the difficulty in the accurate positioning of large AGVs.
