摘要
目的了解完成威廉姆斯生活技能训练(WLST)的抑郁焦虑障碍共病青少年患者的心理体验。方法本研究为质性研究。采用目的抽样法,于2021年3月—2022年1月选取杭州市第七人民医院收治的且在住院期间完成WLST的16例抑郁焦虑障碍共病青少年患者为研究对象,进行半结构式访谈,收集访谈资料并分析、提炼主题。结果抑郁焦虑障碍共病青少年患者完成WLST后的心理体验包括正确认知并有效应对社交恐惧感;强化心理调适力,提升自我效能;找到团体存在感3个主题。结论WLST能改善抑郁焦虑障碍共病青少年患者抑郁焦虑状况,缓解社交恐惧感,提升自我调节能力,找到团队中的存在感,维持良好的身心健康,提高生活质量。
Objective To understand the psychological experiences of adolescents with comorbid depression and anxiety disorders who have completed Williams life skills training(WLST).Methods This is a qualitative study.A total of 16 adolescents with comorbid depression and anxiety disorders who were treated at Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital between March 2021 and January 2022 and completed the WLST during their hospitalization were selected by purposive sampling.Semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather and subsequently analyze interview data,leading to the extraction of main themes.Results The psychological experiences of adolescents with comorbid depression and anxiety disorders after completing WLST included correctly recognizing and effectively addressing social phobia,strengthening psychological adjustment capabilities and enhancing self-efficacy,discovering a sense of belonging within a group.Conclusions WLST can change depression and anxiety conditions,alleviate the fear of social interactions,enhance self-regulation efficacy,provide a sense of belonging within a team,maintain good mental and physical health,and improve the quality of life in adolescents with comorbid depression and anxiety disorders.
