Cu-Ag/碳气凝胶催化剂在草酸二甲酯加氢反应中的性能

摘要 DMO(草酸二甲酯)加氢定向转化为MG(乙醇酸甲酯)对于工业生产具有重要意义,采用浸渍法制备25Cu-wAg/CA催化剂,通过添加Ag改变催化剂表面Cu^(0)和Cu^(+)分布,提高MG选择性。当Ag质量分数为7%、反应温度为220℃、压力为2.5 MPa、氢酯比(摩尔比)为120、液相空速[vLHS(DMO)]=0.5 h^(-1)时,25Cu-7Ag/CA催化剂表现出最好的加氢性能,此时DMO转化率为89.5%,MG选择性为94%。此外,催化剂在上述条件下连续反应200 h,DMO转化率和MG选择性基本保持不变。 The directed conversion of DMO into MG through hydrogenation is great significance for industrial production.25Cu-w Ag/CA catalyst was prepared by impregnation method,and the MG selectivity was improved by altering the surface Cu^(0) and Cu^(+)distribution of the catalyst with Ag.The conversion is 89.5% for DMO and selectivity is 94% for MG over the optimized 25Cu-7Ag/CA catalyst under 220℃,2.5 MPa,H_(2)/DMO molar ration of 120 and v LHS(DMO)of 0.5 h^(-1).Besides,the conversion of DMO and the selectivity of MG nearly unchanged during 200 h.
