摘要
推动构建新时代的反间谍安全防范体系,对于以高水平安全推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。在总体国家安全观的指导下,我国相继出台了一系列国家安全相关法律为反间谍安全防范工作提供法律规范和保障,反间谍安全防范体系进入了现代化、规范化、制度化的发展阶段。世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,我国反间谍斗争也面临更加复杂紧张的严峻态势。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的新征程中,要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,坚定不移贯彻总体国家安全观,敢于斗争、善于斗争,切实加强反间谍安全防范工作,把维护国家安全的战略主动权牢牢掌握在自己手中。
Setting up a counter-espionage security and prevention system in the new era is of great significance for promoting the Chinese path to modernization with a high level of safety.Under the guidance of a holistic approach to national security,China has promulgated a series of national security-related laws to provide legal norms and guarantees for the counter-espionage security and prevention work,and the counter-espionage security and prevention system has entered the development stage of modernization,standardization and institutionalization.Momentous changes of a like not seen in a century are accelerating across the world,China's counter-espionage struggle is also facing a more complex and tense situation.In the new journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,following the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,firmly implement a holistic approach to national security,having the courage and ability to carry on our fight,effectively strengthening counter-espionage security and prevention work,firmly grasp the strategic initiative of maintaining national security in one's own hands.
