摘要
通过对碳化物增强奥氏体不锈钢激光熔覆层进行稳定化处理,研究了稳定化时间对碳化物析出行为、熔覆层硬度及耐蚀性的影响规律。结果表明,随稳定化处理时间的延长,碳化物的析出量和尺寸逐渐增加,但析出速度逐渐降低。经2 h稳定化处理后有0.492%的Nb和0.260%的Ti与C形成相应碳化物。随稳定化时间延长,熔覆层硬度先增后降,在1 h处达到最高点。稳定化处理会降低熔覆层的耐蚀性,与未经处理的熔覆层相比,经2 h的稳定化的熔覆层的腐蚀速率增加了50多倍。
The effect rule of stabilization time on carbide precipitation behavior,hardness and corrosion resistance of cladding layer has been studied by stabilizing the laser cladding layer of carbide reinforced austenitic stainless steel.The results show that with the increase of stabilization treatment time,the precipitation amount and size of carbides gradually increase,but the precipitation rate gradually decreases.After 2 h stabilization treatment,0.492%Nb and 0.260%Ti formed corresponding carbides with C.With the extension of stabilization time,the hardness of the cladding layer increases first and then decreases,reaching the highest point at 1 h.The stabilization treatment will reduce the corrosion resistance of the cladding layer.Compared with the untreated cladding layer,the corrosion rate of the stabilized cladding layer after 2 h has been increased by more than 50 times.
