摘要
目的总结PBL教学、微信群教学以及导师责任制等多种教学模式联合应用在非影像专业住院医师放射科规范化培训中的成果。方法选取2018、2019、2020届所有临床住院医师规范化培训到放射科轮转的学员作为研究对象。根据不同的教学模式,将2018住培生设为为对照组,将2019、2020住培生设为观察组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用多元化教学模式。培训结束后,对两组住培生进行考核,并开展学员学习能力及满意度问卷调查,比较不同教学模式的教学效果。结果观察组理论考试及病例分析成绩均高于对照组;在提高自主学习能力、提高临床思维能力等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式更能提高放射科规培轮转中非影像专业住院医师的岗位胜任能力。
Objective To summarize the application and effect of diversified teaching modes such as problem-based teaching method,WeChat group teaching and tutor responsibility system in standardized training of non-imag⁃ing residents in radiology department.Methods All the trainees who received standardized training in radiology rotations in 2018,2019 and 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,46 regular training students in 2018 were set as the control group,and 48 regular training students in 2019 and 2020 were set as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the ob⁃servation group adopted the diversified teaching mode.After the training,the two groups of students were evalu⁃ated by theoretical examination and case analysis,the students'learning ability and satisfaction questionnaire were carried out to compare the teaching effects of different teaching modes.Results The results of theory examina⁃tion and case analysis in observation group were higher than those in control group.The scores of promoting in⁃dependent learning and improving clinical thinking ability were higher than those of control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified teaching mode can improve the post compe⁃tence of non-imaging resident doctors in radiology department.
