摘要
高校作为培养创新人才的前沿阵地,应科学构建跨学科教育模式。形成高质量特色化的人才培养体系,强化师资队伍,全面提高学生能力,建立校企互融、互助、共享模式。提出创新引领、融合发展,落实全方位培养;积极交流、以赛促创,培养优秀师资队伍;发展特色、数智赋能,升级教学手段;系统推进、高效协同,丰富育人维度等建议。形成新文科背景下多学科交叉融合的经管类专业人才培养体系。
As the forefront of cultivating innovative talents,colleges and universities should scientifically construct an interdisciplinary education model.Form a high-quality and characteristic talent training system,strengthen the teaching team,comprehensively improve the ability of students,and establish a school-enterprise integration,mutual assistance and sharing model.Propose innovation-led,integrated development,and implement all-round training;Actively communicate,promote innovation through competition,and cultivate excellent teachers;develop characteristics,digital intelligence empowerment,and upgrade teaching methods;Suggestions such as systematic promotion,efficient collaboration,and enriching the dimensions of education.Form a multidisciplinary and cross-integrated training system for economics and management professionals in the context of new liberal arts.
