摘要
目的构建社区居民疫苗素养量表。方法应用德尔菲法对社区居民疫苗素养量表的备选评价指标开展两轮专家咨询,对指标重要性进行评分,计算评分的均数、变异系数、满分比及其筛选界值,最终确定量表各级指标。结果共纳入15名专家,在两轮咨询中专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.81和0.82,协调系数分别为0.537(χ^(2)=26.33,P<0.001)和0.583(χ^(2)=58.30,P<0.001)。根据指标重要性评分和筛选界值,确定的最终量表包括3个一级指标、14个二级指标和30个三级指标;其中一级指标为知识素养、能力素养和决策素养。结论构建的社区居民疫苗素养量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于评价社区居民疫苗素养水平。
Objective To construct a vaccine literacy scale for community residents.Methods We used the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on candidate evaluation indicators for the vaccine literacy scale for community residents and to score the importance of the indicators.We calculated means,coefficients of variation,full score ratios,and critical values of the scores and finalized a set of indicators for the scale.Results Among the 15 experts included in two rounds of consultation,response rates were 100%in both rounds,authority coefficients were 0.81 in round one and 0.82 in round two,and coordination coefficients were 0.537(χ^(2)=26.33,P<0.001)in round one and 0.583(χ^(2)=58.30,P<0.001)in round two.According to scores of importance and critical values,the final scale included 3 primary,14 secondary,and 30 tertiary indicators,in which primary indicators included knowledge literacy,competency literacy,and decision-making literacy.Conclusions The constructed vaccine literacy scale for community residents had good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate the level of vaccine literacy in community residents.
