摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时代解决“三农”问题,实现农业农村现代化的总抓手。农村职业教育对于赋能乡村振兴具有独特作用,肩负着培育新型职业农民、促进乡村产业发展、建设乡风文明和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果等使命。该文旨在分析农村职业教育与乡村振兴战略的内在价值关联的基础上,分析农村职业教育目前存在的现实困境,并结合当今时代背景从功能定位、供给质量、师资力量建设等方面提出创新路径,以期农村职业教育能够更好地顺应乡村振兴的战略布局,为推动实现农村农业现代化提供人才保障。
The strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point for solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.Rural vocational education plays a unique role in empowering rural revitalization,shouldering the mission of cultivating new professional farmers,promoting the development of rural industry,building rural civilization,consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and so on.On the basis of analyzing the intrinsic value relationship between rural vocational education and rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the current practical difficulties of rural vocational education,and puts forward innovative paths from the aspects of functional orientation,supply quality and the construction of teachers according to the background of the times,in the hope that rural vocational education can better comply with the strategic layout of rural revitalization and provide talent guarantee for promoting the modernization of rural agriculture.
