阐述计算机技术在食品质量安全与检测中的应用,包括图像处理和计算机视觉技术、自动检测和识别技术、数据挖掘和大数据分析技术、食品的溯源和质量监控技术、食品质量预测模型的应用。
This paper expounds the application of computer technology in food quality,safety,and inspection,including image processing and computer vision technology,automatic detection and recognition technology,data mining and big data analysis technology,food traceability and quality monitoring technology,and the application of food quality prediction models.
