摘要
儿童闭塞性细支气管炎主要是感染后出现的慢性气道阻塞性疾病,表现为反复持续的咳嗽、喘息、憋闷、进行性呼吸困难等,还可出现神经、血液、肾脏等系统的症状,迁延难愈。病变起于肺而不离于肺,主要与肺的气机失常密切相关,若肺气郁闭,则气不能推动血液运行。血堵,调气可治;若气堵,则气难调而病难治。而肝肺是气机升降的主导脏腑,肺主气、肝藏血,肺为娇脏,肝为刚脏,肝升肺降,气血运行如环无端,成龙虎回环之势,则阴平阳秘,生生不息。现从“一气周流”论治此病,提出急性发作期同济水火补脾胃,慢性持续期缓攻痰瘀顺气机,迁延恢复期清补气血平五脏的治疗原则,验于临床,以飨同道。
Bronchiolitis obliterans in children is mainly a chronic obstructive airway disease after infection,manifested as a repeated and persistent cough,wheezing,choking,progressive dyspnea,etc.It can also appear as neurological,blood,kidney,and other system symptoms,which can be prolonged and challenging to cure.The disease originates from the lung and is not separated from the lung,which is closely related to the disorder of the lung qi.If the lung qi is blocked,the qi cannot promote blood circulation,and the blood blockage can be treated by regulating the qi;if the qi is blocked,then the qi is difficult to regulate and the disease is difficult to cure.The liver and lungs are the leading organs for the rise and fall of qi.The lung controls qi and the liver stores blood.The lung is the delicate viscera and the liver is the resolute viscera.The liver rises and the lung falls.The qi and blood run like a circle without end.Balance of yin and yang can promote endless growth.Based on the theory of“circulation of qi movement on the body”,post-infectious bronchiolitis obliterans is treated in stages.In the acute attack period,to balance the heart and kidney,regulate and nourish the spleen and stomach chronic duration,slow down the attack of phlegm and blood stasis,and regulate qi;in the recovery period,purify and replenish qi and blood,calmly recuperate the five internal organs.As the treatment principle,this has been proven clinically and here to share with the fellow practitioners.
