摘要
发展学生社区社工站实践园地,既能推动高校社工与实务工作的融合,增强社工专业的影响力,又能为高校提供新的思路,利用政策环境开展实践教育工作,促进实践育人模式创新。基于沈阳化工大学“一站式”学生社区的实践基础,结合学生社区社工站推进过程中制约社会工作专业实践育人过程中的原因,提出创新性解决路径及对策建议,旨在提高高校学生社区专业化建设的实效性,形成社会工作实践育人路径的良性循环态势。
To develop students community social work practice may promote the integration of social work and practice,enhance the influence of social work professional and provide new ideas for colleges and universities,using the policy environment to carry out the practice education work and promote the practice education mode innovation.This study is based on the Shenyang university of Chemical Technology"one-stop"student community practice and combined with the student community social work station to promote social work practice in the process of education,put forward innovative solution path and countermeasures,aims to improve the effectiveness of the college students community specialization construction and social work practice of the virtuous cycle of education path.
