摘要
高校学生干部是高校师生沟通交流的桥梁和纽带,在加强学生思想政治教育的工作中起着举足轻重的作用。新时代的高校学生干部队伍面临着一系列新的挑战和问题。比如:部分学生干部功利化倾向严重、理想信念不坚定、职责定位不清、工作缺乏创新等。其中,高校学生干部功利化倾向问题凸显并受到社会各界的关注。基于对高校学生干部功利化倾向具体表现和原因的分析,提出以下建议和对策:营造良好的社会和家庭风气、加强高校学生干部思想政治教育、端正学生干部入党动机、做好高校学生干部的选拔和培养工作、引导高校学生干部正确认识自己的双重身份和建立健全高校学生干部监督考评体系。
College student cadres,considered as the vital bridge and communication link between college teachers and students,play an irreplaceable role in strengthening college students’ideological and political education.In the new era,some college student cadres are found facing a series of new challenges and problems,for example,serious utilitarian tendency,infirm ideals and convictions,unclear responsibilities,lack of innovation,and so forth.Among them,the utilitarian tendency of college student cadres has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life in recent years.Based on the analysis of the manifestations and causes of college student cadres’utilitarian tendency,this paper proposes the following suggestions and countermeasures,namely fostering a sound social and family atmosphere,strengthening ideological and political education for college student cadres,rectifying the motives of student cadres joining the Communist Party of China,improving the selection and cultivation of college student cadres,guiding college student cadres to have a correct understanding of their dual identity,and establishing a sound system for supervision and evaluation.
