卫生服务满意度原因分析对军队住院医师岗位胜任力培养的启示——以华东地区六省(市)官兵为例

摘要 目的分析我国华东地区六省(市)XXX个单位各军兵种的现役军人对卫生服务不满意的原因,从军队住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中寻求提升军队住院医师岗位胜任力的培养方法。方法研究采用XXX年军队某次卫生服务调查数据,共计XXX名2周伤病就诊者对门诊就诊做出评价,XXX名12个月内住院就诊者对住院就诊做出评价,在前期文献调研的基础上,进行描述性统计,分析卫生服务满意程度和导致卫生服务不满意的原因。结果在各项因素中,对伤病解释不清晰、技术水平低、等候时间过长、服务态度差等,排在影响门诊就诊满意度的前列;技术水平低、服务态度差、看病手续繁琐、排队时间长等,排在影响住院就诊满意度的前列。结论根据研究结果,分析造成卫生服务不满意的原因,提出了应更加重视部队卫生人员个人业务技能水平、医患沟通能力技巧、心理知识、人文素质和奉献精神、跨专业学习能力和病员管理技能的培养,并据此对军队住培提出相关对策建议。 Objective To analyze the causes of unsatisfied health service among the officers and soldiers of XXX military units in six provinces(cities)in East China,and to seek the training methods for improving the post competence of military residents from the standardized training of military residents.Methods Data of a health service survey in the Army in the year of XXX were used in this study.A total of XXX two-week patients with injuries and diseases were evaluated on outpatient visits,and XXX inpatient within 12 months were evaluated on inpatient visits,based on the previous literature survey.Descriptive statistics were conducted to analyze the degree of satisfaction with health services and the reasons leading to dissatisfaction with health services.Results Among all the factors,unclear explanation of injuries and diseases,low technical level,long waiting time,bad service attitude,etc.were the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of outpatient service.Low technical level,poor service attitude,cumbersome medical procedures,long waiting time,etc.were the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of inpatient service.ConclusionBased on the results of the study,the causes of unsatisfactory health services were analyzed.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the training of personal professional skills,communication skills between doctors and patients,psychological knowledge,humanistic quality,dedication of military health personnel,ability to learn across disciplines and patients management skills.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized training of military residents.
