摘要
目的构建科学合理的HIV感染者自我管理健康教育内容体系,为制定相关健康教育方案提供内容依据,促进HIV感染者自我管理水平提升。方法以艾滋病自我管理综合框架为依据,在文献研究、半结构式访谈的基础上拟定初稿,采用德尔菲法经过2轮专家函询确定HIV感染者自我管理健康教育内容体系。结果研究小组由6名成员组成,通过文献研究提取出26个条目,对12名HIV感染者进行半结构式访谈归纳总结出8个条目,形成HIV感染者自我管理健康教育内容体系初稿;共17名专家参与2轮专家函询,2轮函询专家积极性均为100%,专家判断系数为0.953,熟悉程度为0.859,权威系数为0.906;最终构建的HIV感染者自我管理健康教育内容体系包括身体健康管理、心理功能管理、社会关系管理3个一级条目、14个二级条目和35个三级条目。结论基于德尔菲法构建的HIV感染者自我管理健康教育内容体系科学、可靠,可为HIV感染者自我管理健康教育工作提供参考。
Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable self-management health education program for individuals infected with HIV,provide a basis to formulate health education schemes,and to promote the levels of selfmanagement health education for individuals infected with HIV.Methods According to the comprehensive framework of AIDS self-management,the first draft was drawn up on the basis of literature research and semi-structured interview,and the content system of self-management health education for HIV infected individuals was determined through two rounds of correspondence consultation by Delphi method.Results The research team consisted of 6 members,who extracted 26 items through literatures,and summarized 8 items through semi-structured interviews of 12 HIV-infected respondents,and formed the first draft of the self-management health education content system for individuals infected with HIV.A total of 17 experts participated in the two rounds of expert consultation.The enthusiasm of the experts in both rounds was 100%,the expert judgment coefficient was 0.953,the familiarity degree was 0.859,and the authority coefficient was 0.906.The final self-management health education content system for individuals infected with HIV included 3 first-level items,that were physical health management,psychological function management,and social relationship management,as well as 14 second-level items and 35 third-level items.Conclusions The selfmanagement health education content system for individuals infected with HIV based on Delphi method is scientific and reliable,which provide references for self-management health education for individuals infected with HIV.
