摘要
优化现有的社区纸箱回收系统设计,引导居民环保行为,提升社会对纸箱回收关注程度。以循环经济理论为基础,通过问卷调查法分析出社区纸箱回收系统存在的问题,结合用户旅程图得到社区及社区居民的纸箱回收痛点及需求,构建适用于社区纸箱回收服务体系。得到适用于社区的纸箱回收系统与回收装置三维模型。该方法可以为社区纸箱回收系统设计提供参考。
Optimize the design of the existing community carton recycling system,guide residents'environmental behavior,and raise the level of social concern about carton recycling.Based on the theory of circular economy,the problems of the community carton recycling system are analyzed by questionnaire method,combined with the user journey map to obtain the pain points and needs of the community and community residents for carton recycling,and build a service system applicable to community carton recycling.A three-dimensional model of a carton recycling system and recycling device applicable to the community was obtained.The method can provide a reference for the design of community carton recycling system.
