基于中温高湿储粮区高大平房仓的轴流风机降温改造及应用效果分析

摘要 近年,随着储粮技术的不断发展,社会对储粮仓房的通风降温需求也越来越高。为了寻求一种更加节能高效的通风方式,本研究对高大平房仓的轴流通风窗进行了改造,并使用小功率轴流风机进行对比降温通风试验。通过对比实验发现,适当增加轴流风机的数量,可以提高通风效果、降低储粮仓房内的温度。 In recent years,with the continuous development of grain storage technology,society's demand for ventilation and cooling of grain storage warehouses has become higher and higher.In order to seek a more energy-saving and efficient ventilation method,this study modified the axial flow ventilation windows of tall bungalow warehouses,and used smallpower axial flow fans to conduct comparative cooling ventilation tests.Through comparative experiments,it was found that appropriately increasing the number of axial flow fans can improve the ventilation effect and reduce the temperature in the grain storage room.
