摘要
红树林区土壤中的氮和磷含量能体现土壤养分贮存和供应的能力。氮和磷元素是制约红树生长和发育的关键营养元素。在茅尾海—茅岭江入海口咸水与淡水交汇的分布着红树林和潮沟的区域,采集0~60 cm深度的土壤样品,测定土壤样品中的全氮和全磷含量,分析其空间分布特征。研究结果表明,在茅尾海—茅岭江入海河口区的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)群落区,各采样点0~60 cm深度土壤中的全氮含量和全磷含量分别变化在254.09~786.72 mg/kg和232.40~721.42 mg/kg之间;在茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)群落区,其分别变化在293.60~708.47 mg/kg和265.18~640.18 mg/kg之间;在桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)群落区,其分别变化在175.63~624.07 mg/kg和133.90~571.02 mg/kg之间;在光滩区,其分别变化在127.31~282.64 mg/kg和116.43~264.47 mg/kg之间;无瓣海桑群落区、茳芏群落区、桐花树群落区、光滩区各深度土壤中全氮含量和全磷含量的平均值依次减小;在距离海岸0~160 m范围内,随着与海岸距离的增大,无瓣海桑群落区、茳芏群落区0~10 cm深度土壤中的全氮含量和全磷含量的平均值都逐渐减小,>20~40 cm和>40~60 cm深度土壤中全氮含量和全磷含量的平均值都逐渐增大;桐花树群落区各深度土壤中的全氮含量和全磷含量都呈单谷型变化;距离一级潮沟5 m处的林缘采样点相同深度土壤中的全氮含量和全磷含量的平均值都较大,距离一级潮沟20 m处相同深度土壤中的全氮含量和全磷含量的平均值都偏小。
The total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soils of mangrove forests are indicative of the nutrient storage and supply capabilities of the soils.The nitrogen and phosphorus elements play a pivotal role in limiting the growth and sustenance of mangrove trees.Soil samples were extracted from the soils at the depth of 0-60 cm in areas populated by mangrove forests and tidal trenches,specifically where fresh water mingles with brackish water at the confluence of the Maowei Sea and Maoling River.Both total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents were gauged,and the spatial distribution patterns were scrutinized.The results showed that the total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soils at 0-60 cm depth in Sonneratia apetala community area were 254.09-786.72 mg/kg and 232.40-721.42 mg/kg,respectively;those in Cyperus malaccensis community area were 293.60-708.47 mg/kg and 265.18-640.18 mg/kg;those in Aegiceras corniculatum community area were 175.63-624.07 mg/kg and 133.90-571.02 mg/kg;those in the mudflat area were 127.31-282.64 mg/kg and 116.43-264.47 mg/kg.The average values of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soils at the same depth in Sonneratia apetala community area both were the largest,followed by those in Cyperus malaccensis community area,Aegiceras corniculatum community area,mudflat area.In the range of 0-160 m from the coast,with the increase of the distance from the coast,the average values of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soil at 0-10 cm depth in Sonneratia apetala community area and Cyperus malaccensis community area decreased gradually,and those in the soil of 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm depths increased gradually;total nitrogen content and total phosphorus contents in the soil of each depth in Aegiceras corniculatum community area showed a single-valley change.The average values of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soil at the same depth at the forest edge sampling point and 5 m away from the first-order tidal creek were larger,and those in the soil at the same depth and 20 m away from the first-order tidal creek were small.
