厚煤层顶板定向大直径长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前煤层顶板定向钻孔不同程度存在着一次性成孔孔径小、二次扩孔工序繁杂;钻孔层位及配套设备选择不合理,导致钻孔钻进速度慢、塌孔严重、成孔长度短等问题,直接影响瓦斯抽采效果。针对该问题,通过对煤层顶板覆岩岩性、采空区覆岩垮落后裂隙发育规律以及瓦斯运移规律进行综合分析,优化了钻孔层位选择及设计参数;根据岩性、钻孔设计孔径及钻进长度,选配了扭矩23 kN·m的打钻设备。钻孔负角度钻进过程中,采取快速出渣、综合护孔等关键技术,有效提升了钻孔成孔速度。通过工程实践,钻孔钻进效率提升至129 m/d,单孔成孔长度达到1 071 m,实现了直径153 mm定向钻孔一次性成孔并沿走向一次性覆盖整个工作面,实现了大直径长钻孔高效瓦斯抽采。 At present,the directional drilling of coal seam roof has small hole diameter at one time and complicated process of secondary hole enlargement to varying degrees.The unreasonable selection of drilling horizon and supporting equipment has resulted in slow drilling speed,serious hole collapse,short hole length and other problems,which directly affect the gas drainage effect.Regarding this problem,the selection of drilling horizon and design parameters were optimized through comprehensive theoretical analysis of the lithology of the overlying rock of the coal seam roof,the development law of the overlying rock collapse in the goaf and the law of gas migration.Drilling equipment with a torque of 23 kN·m was selected according to lithology,designed hole diameter and drilling length.In the process of drilling with negative angle,key technologies such as rapid slag removal and comprehensive hole protection were adopted to effectively improve the drilling speed.Through engineering practice,the drilling efficiency has been improved to 129 m/d,and the drilling length of a single hole has reached 1071 m.One time directional drilling with a diameter of 153 mm has been realized and the whole working face has been covered along the strike,thus realizing efficient gas drainage from large diameter long holes.
