潜油直线电机柔性闭环控制技术研究

摘要 针对潜油直线电机,设计了一种柔性闭环控制方法。依据潜油直线电机自适应法与转速观测器法相结合的控制策略,适时引用井下压力传感器的反馈,改善电机失步监测效果,提高闭环控制精度和自适应调参能力。通过利用该控制技术,电机在相同工作频率、电压、运行速度的试验条件下,推力提升20%以上,电机振动幅度降低50.26%,在现场相同工况条件下,电机系统效率提高了29.67%以上。 A flexible closed-loop control method was proposed for submersible linear motors.Based on the control strategy which combining adaptive method of submersible linear motor with the speed observer method,the feedback from downhole pressure sensors was timely referenced to improve motor’s out-of-step monitoring effect and enhance closed-loop control accuracy and adaptive parameter adjustment ability.Through making use of control technology and under the same working frequency,voltage,and operating speed,the lifting force can be increased by more than 20%,and the vibration amplitude of the motor be reduced by 50.26%.Under the same operating conditions,the efficiency of the motor system can be improved by more than 29.67%.
