3种添加剂对黄颡鱼抗组胺效果的评价 被引量:3

摘要 实验旨在研究在组胺饲料中添加3种不同添加剂,观察添加剂对饲喂高含量组胺饲料的黄颡鱼的生长性能、血清生理生化指标和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。初始体重为(1.93±0.05)g的黄颡鱼525尾,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾,饲养周期为70 d。实验分组为对照组(0添加剂)、组胺组(组胺饲料组)、罗伊氏乳杆菌组(组胺+罗伊氏乳杆菌)、复合物组[组胺+复合物(碧生素)]、肉桂醛精油组(组胺+肉桂醛精油)。结果表明:①各组之间的肥满度无显著差异(P>0.05);组胺组的增重率低于其他实验组;对照组、罗伊氏乳杆菌组和复合物组的特定生长率与存活率高于组胺组和肉桂醛精油组(P<0.05)。②组间的黄颡鱼血清胆固醇、白蛋白、总蛋白和碱性磷酸酶活性没有显著差异(P>0.05);组胺组的血清葡萄糖含量最高;肉桂醛精油组的血清三酰甘油含量最高;组胺组的二胺氧化酶、谷丙转氨酶与谷草转氨酶活性最高;罗伊氏乳杆菌组与复合物组的血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。③肝脏抗氧化指标检测中,复合物组与肉桂醛精油组的过氧化氢酶活性显著高于组胺组(P<0.05);组胺组的丙二醛含量最高;对照组的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);组胺组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著低于除罗伊氏乳杆菌组外的其他三个实验组(P<0.05),组胺组总抗氧化能力显著低于其他实验组(P<0.05)。综上所述,罗伊氏乳杆菌、复合物(碧生素)与肉桂醛精油提高了黄颡鱼幼鱼的生长性能与机体的抗氧化水平,对于黄颡鱼的养殖具有参考价值。 The goal of this experiment was to study the effects of three different additives added to histamine feeds on the growth performance,serum physiological and biochemical indices,and liver antioxidant capacity of yellow catfish fed histamine feeds.525 yellow catfishes with an initial weight of(1.93±0.05)g were randomly divided into 5 groups,each with 3 replicates of 35 fishes and a feeding period of 70 days.The experimental groups were the control group(neither any additive),the histamine group(histamine feed group),the Lactobacillus reuteri group(histamine+Lactobacillus reuteri),the complex group(histamine+Bishengsu),as well as the cinnamaldehyde essential oil group(histamine+cinnamaldehyde essential oil).Measuring the growth performance and physiological and biochemical indices in serum and liver of yellow catfish at the end of the experiment.The results were as follows:①there was no significant difference in condition factor between groups(P>0.05).Histamine group's rate of weight gain was lower compared to the other groups(P<0.05).In comparison to the histamine group and the cinnamaldehyde essential oil group,the control group,the Lactobacillus reuteri group,and the complex group all had higher specific growth rates and survival rates(P<0.05).②Serum cholesterol,albumin,total protein,and alkaline phosphatase activity were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05).Serum glucose levels were significantly higher in the histamine group than in the other groups(P<0.05).Cinnamaldehyde essential oil group had significantly higher serum triglyceride levels than the other groups(P<0.05).The diamine oxidase activity、alanine and aspartate aminotransferase activity of the histamine group were significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).Both the Lactobacillus reuteri and complex groups had raised serum superoxide oxidase activity than the other groups(P<0.05).③In the liver antioxidant index test,the catalase activity of the complex group and the cinnamaldehyde essential oil group was significantly higher than that of the histamine group(P<0.05).The histamine group had the greatest levels of malondialdehyde,that was markedly different from the other groups(P<0.05).The control group had the highest superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05).The activity of glutathione peroxidase in the histamine group was significantly lower than that in the other three groups except for Lactobacillus reuteri group(P<0.05);The total antioxidant activity of the histamine group was significantly lower than that of other experimental group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Lactobacillus reuteri,complex,and cinnamaldehyde essential oil improved the growth performance of juvenile yellow catfish and the antioxidant level caused by histamine,which was valuable in yellow catfish breeding.
