摘要
发挥教育功能是高校图书馆的时代使命,高校图书馆文化育人工作实践是助力高等学校实现“立德树人”教育目标的关键举措。文章通过调研分析研究发现,当前高校图书馆文化育人工作存在图书馆员特别是青年馆员对图书馆文化认知不足、对图书馆精神文化挖掘深度不够和文化育人活动形式、宣传方式单一等问题,基于此,文章通过对东北师范大学图书馆推行“4321”文化育人工作模式及具体内容进行深度分析研究,提出加强组织领导、注重馆员队伍建设、创新营销模式、注重多方协作的建议。
Giving play to educational function is a task of the day for university library at present.The practice of cultural talent cultivation in university library is a key measure to help realize the educational goal of“cultivating people by virtue”in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in current cultural talent cultivation work in university libraries,the article introduces the work mode and specific content of“4321”cultural talent cultivation work of Northeast Normal University library,and puts forward suggestions of strengthening organizational leadership,paying attention to librarians team construction,innovating marketing mode,as well as paying attention to collaboration.
