摘要
“双师型”教师是应用型高校人才培养的决定性力量,是满足应用型高校技术技能人才成长需要、适应高等教育教学规律的专门要求,体现了我国应用型本科高校师资队伍的特色,是扎根中国大地办大学、实现高等教育高质量发展的重要因素。通过检视我国应用型高校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的内涵理解争议、高校执行偏差、制度保障不健全等问题,深入分析“双师型”教师概念的内涵演变,借鉴国外高校“双师型”教师队伍的先进经验,从战略层面提出拓宽教师来源、从战术层面优化任职资格、从学科建设层面开展分类培养的对策建议,进而优化应用型高校教师队伍,提高人才培养质量。
The"double qualified"teachers are the decisive force in talent cultivation in applied universities,meeting the growth needs of technical and skilled talents in applied universities,adapting to the laws of higher education teaching,reflecting the characteristics of the teaching staff in China's applied undergraduate universities,and being an important factor rooted in China's large-scale universities and achieving high-quality development of higher education.By examining the controversial understanding of the connotation,deviation in the implementation of universities,and inadequate institutional guarantees in the construction of the"double qualified"teaching team in applied universities in China,this paper deeply analyzes the evolution of the concept of"double qualified"teachers,draws on the advanced experience of foreign universities'"double qualified"teaching teams,and proposes to expand the source of teachers from a strategic perspective,optimize job qualifications from a tactical perspective Suggestions for implementing classified training from the perspective of disciplinary construction,in order to optimize the teaching staff of applied universities and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
