摘要
以北京市兴延高速公路石峡隧道为研究对象,在分析场区碎屑流地层发育情况的基础上,运用地震层析成像法进行碎屑流地层超前预报,提出“预报定位、正面封堵、超前泄水、注浆固结、帷幕注浆、分部开挖、衬砌加强”的碎屑流地层突泥突水处治工艺,并根据现场监控量测验证处治效果。结果表明:隧道区域断裂发育、碎屑流物源丰富、节理裂隙和地下水发育为突泥突水提供了客观条件;基于TRT 6000地质超前预报系统揭露了里程ZK31+382-ZK31+442段地震波反射界面明显,初步判断为F7断层破碎带及影响带,该段围岩富水严重,受地面降水补给,应防止突水、突泥的情况发生;现场监控量测表明,涌水碎屑流发生后,初支变形较大,呈现非线性增加并趋于收敛的变化趋势,采取泄水、注浆等措施处治后,拱肩和拱腰的初期支护累积变形在30 d后趋于收敛,而拱顶的初期支护累积变形在50 d后趋于稳定,提出的处治措施起到了良好的控制效果。
Based on the analysis of clastic flow strata development in Shixia Tunnel of Xingyan Expressway in Beijing,the seismic tomography method was used to carry out the advance prediction.The treatment process of mud and water inrush from debris flow stratum was proposed,which was′prediction positioning,frontal sealing,advance drainage,grouting consolidation,curtain grouting,partial excavation,lining strengthening′,and the treatment effect was verified according to the in-site monitoring measurement.The results show that the objective conditions for mud and water inrush are provided by the faults development,abundant clastic flow sources,joint fissures and groundwater;TRT 6000 geological advance predict that the seismic wave reflection of ZK31+382~ZK31+442 section is obvious,and it is preliminarily judged as F7 fault fracture zone.The surrounding rock in those sections are seriously rich in water,which is replenished by ground precipitation,water and mud inrush should be prevented;in-site monitoring measurements indicate that the tunnel initial support deformation is relatively large after the occurrence of water inrush debris flow,showing a non-linear increase and tends to converge.After drainaging and grouting,the cumulative deformation of the initial support tends to converge after 30 days at the arch shoulder and arch waist,while the initial support deformation of the arch crown tends to stabilize after 50 days.The proposed treatment measures have achieved good control effects.
