摘要
随着北极航道的开通,我国对北极航道的利用会大幅增加,这对山东省经济发展格局也将产生很大影响。本文依据近年来国家海关统计局的相关数据,利用机器学习模型对山东省与西北欧和北美之间2023-2027年的进出口贸易额进行预测与分析。将山东省的经济发展和相关产业链提升与北极航道发展结合起来,对山东省对接“冰上丝绸之路”建设和北极航道开发利用战略开展研究,并对相关的服务能力和经济功能建设进行探讨。研究发现,山东省在对接“冰上丝绸之路”具有重要的战略地位,据此对山东产业链调整和提升提出相关对策建议。
With the gradual opening of the Arctic waterway in the future,China's utilization of the Arctic waterway will increase significantly,which will also have a significant impact on the economic development pattern of Shandong Province.Based on the relevant data from the National Bureau of Customs Statistics in recent years,this paper uses a machine learning model to predict and analyze the import and export trade value between Shandong Province and Northwest Europe and North America from 2023 to 2027.Combine the economic development and related industrial chain upgrading of Shandong Province with the development of the Arctic waterway,and conduct research on the strategy of connecting Shandong Province with the construction of the"Ice Silk Road"and the development and utilization of the Arctic waterway.The study found that Shandong Province has an important strategic position in docking with the“Ice Silk Road”.The study proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the adjustment and upgrading of Shandong's industrial chain,and discussed the construction of relevant service capabilities and economic functions.
