专创融合视角下应用型本科院校创新人才培养模式研究与实践 被引量:2

Research and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges with the Perspective of Specialized Innovation and Integration

摘要 针对目前专业教育与创新创业教育存在的融合力度不足问题,研究了国内外高校在开展专创融合建设方面的主要举措。结合应用型本科院校创新人才培养特点,通过加强顶层设计与政策支持、优化人才培养方案、整合强化实践教学平台、开发系列化分层次的创新创业特色课程、建设“双师型”师资队伍等具体融合路径,充分利用校企合作、产教融合等多种融合手段,构建了“五路径+五手段”专创融合创新人才培养新模式,并以南京工程学院为例,详细介绍了专创融合具体实施路径。研究思路可为应用型本科院校创新人才培养提供参考和借鉴。 In view of the lack of integration between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the important measures of domestic and foreign universities in the integration of special creation has been studied in this paper combined with the characteristics of innovative talents cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.The new professional integration and innovation talent training model of "five paths and five methods" has been successfully constructed,through the various integration of industries and teaching,including strengthening the top-level design and policy support,optimizing the talent training scheme,integrating practice teaching platform and innovation development series tumble level feature of entrepreneurship,doubling type teaching staff construction of concrete fusion path,and making full use of university-enterprise cooperation.The implementation path of professional innovation integration has been demonstrated in detail by taking Nanjing Institute of Technology as an example.Finally,the idea of this research can be used as a reference for innovative talents cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
